Been mostly in St Louis where I went to Webster University and graduated in '78.
Teaching degree, Elementary Ed
Certified Health Coach. I lost 80 pounds 3.5 years ago and now I get to "pay it forward" by helping others create health in their lives. I was able to get off medication and avoid major surgery. It's been a huge transformation. I have helped hundreds of people create health in their lives. It's the most gratifying thing I can imagine.
